Credit Terms
➢ Invoices are due within 7 days of invoice date to receive the .07 per gallon discount.
➢ Invoices are past due after 30 days and can result in that account being changed to a COD/PREPAY Term.
➢ Accounts need to be paid to zero or budget payments current, before next delivery.
➢ Accounts that are not current and/or not in good standing will not receive emergency deliveries.
*Automatic Delivery Accounts
➢ Must be credit approved or prepaid for heating season.
➢ Must keep accounts current and in good standing to remain on automatic and receive emergency deliveries.
➢ Automatic accounts in good standing will remain on automatic delivery from year to year, until we are notified to stop automatic deliveries.
➢ Automatic deliveries that take less than minimum delivery will not be charged a service charge unless the customer requested a special delivery.
➢ Automatic deliveries are based on the tanks being between ¼ to ½ tank.
➢ Please keep fill easy to get to.
➢ We will only fill standard fuel oil tanks; we do not fill drums or any kind of temporary storage tanks.
COD Deliveries or Prepaid Deliveries
➢ Payment will be authorized or held before delivery is made.
➢ If deliveries have been attempted and COD payment was not there, you will be required to always prepay before we attempt to make a delivery in the future.
➢ We will only fill standard fuel oil tanks; we do not fill drums or any kind of temporary storage tanks.
Returned Payment Fee is $50.00 for each Returned Payment
All Will Call Deliveries are a Minimum of 150 gallons
Deliveries under 150 gallons will result in a Service Charge of $50.00 per delivery.
