They are always the most competitively priced and quick to supply. Recently, I mismanaged my refill schedule and ran dry. One call to Susquehanna Oil and Propane and they adjusted their schedule to make me a priority during a snow storm. They ensured I was supplied and appliances were operating before they departed. Hands down one of the best companies I have dealt with. Very caring too. Two years ago when there was a shortage of oil , this company took me as a new customer when the current company I used could not deliver. Last winter I went through a very difficult time and this company worked with me to pay the bill. Not only did they deliver the oil before I could pay they worked with me until I paid the bill off. I have never felt so much care from someone who didn't know me yet understood my difficult situation. If you use this company stop in and meet these fabulous people .

Susquehanna Oil & Propane is absolutely the only business I've found that in the time of need would help me!! They answered our phone call & while they could not get to us right away did call back & come through when no other company including our own would or could deliver for another 2 days!! They were very professional & no lectures on why you should be with "our company " instead of ..... And in all of my worries I didn't realize he didn't charge me a delivery fee or any emergency fee! What a Caring person!!! 😇
